What Is KSCore?

 Keller Successful Career Opportunities in Real Estate (KSCORE) is a free, online program from Keller Williams that helps aspiring real estate agents prepare for licensure and profitability. KSCORE combines Keller Williams' training and tools with a digitized curriculum from Kaplan Real Estate Education. 

 A free program that provides real-world application through tools, tips, and coaching. KW Prep includes 17 self-paced, digital modules that cover topics such as building a blueprint to achieve goals, creating a daily schedule, and building relationships with clients. 

Kaplan is a full online program that offers the 75 hours of training required by the state of Pennsylvania in order to take your state and national exams.  It includes both classes, Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice.  There are also study materials available online for students to use.  Students have 6 months to complete the classes.

Kscore is a great resource for Keller Williams agents to build their downlines and participate in Profit Share.  When you sign up a student for Kscore, and stay in contact with them through there real estate class journey, that person is very likely to choose you as their sponsor when it comes time for them to join Keller Williams.  Kscore is not just in our area, we have a whole network of participating Keller William Offices that you can refer students to.  The office provides Career Night posts that can be shared on social media.  Use the sign up form for new students.
